Teams must register together to play in a FUTSAL EAST league. Individual registration forms will NOT be accepted, though we do keep a "player exchange" page where players and teams can find each other.

Each team must have an adult manager on the sideline at each game. To register, complete the attached team registration form and collect the attached player waiver forms for each player you will roster. NOTE: You do not need to send in the player release forms with your team registration...you can bring them to your first game.

Team fee: $375 per team per six-week session.

To register a team, (1) complete the TEAM FORM and mail a check for your team fee to FUTSAL EAST, PO Box 105, Stillwater, MN 55082. Then, (2) complete the PLAYER LIABILITY WAIVER FORM (coming soon) for each player on your roster and bring them with you to check in 30 minutes before your first league game.

NOTE: All of our sessions filled before the registration deadlines last year, so register early.
