Futsal East

Teams must register together to play in FUTSAL EAST. Individual registration forms are NOT accepted.

To register a team:

(1)complete the Team Registration Form and mail a check for your team fee to:

(2) complete a Player Liability Waiver Form for each player and bring these forms with you to check-in 30 minutes before your first game.

Team fee: $600 for each session, or save $100 and get sessions I and II for $1100 when registered and paid in full by October 4, 2026!

Registration deadlines:

Session I: October 4, 2026

Session II: November 15, 2026

Registration note: Register early; sending in a registration form before the deadline will NOT guarantee your team a spot if we fill before the deadline.

Refund policy: If your team must drop after you register, refunds are available only if we are able to find a replacement team for you. All refunds will subtract a $50 admin/processing fee.

Bad weather policy: FUTSAL EAST games are played rain/snow/sleet or shine. The dome is fully booked during the winter months and reschedules are not possible.
